Horrible Service from Makro!!!, iPhone 16 Pro Nightmare!!!!

I would even put -5 star if it was possible!!!!, Horrible, horrible service from Makro, non-existent actually. I ordered an iPhone and AirPods on the 14th of September 2024. It’s been I shortly received the AirPods, but I have been waiting on the phone ever since, when I call I keep getting told that they will escalate it, but nothing ever happens. On other occasions you keep getting passed around people while on the phone using your airtime. Something more needs to be done about this, Makro is *****ing people’s money in broad daylight, quick to process the money but no service at all to show for the spend!!!!
