Horrible service from Makro Alberton Managers

I went to Makro Alberton on Tuesday 1 December wearing my face shield and the security told me it was not allowed. Two managers came, one is called David and I forgot the rude ladies name who told me that face shields are a ******** offense. I told her that masks give me a rash and that no other shop as ever denied me access. She then told me that she doesn't care if I complain or don't ever shop at Makro. I use the Alberton Makro mostly as it's near my place , and today was the worst service I've received from the managers. Could Makro please confirm the reason why face shields are not allowed and how they are a ******** offense. I even lost out on the sound bar I went to purchase as today was the last day of the special.
