Horrible service from Makro

Makro’s service is the worst I bought a mobile router online and when delivered it was not working that was the 7th of February 2025. I logged a return the same day it was delivered and they only came on the 21 February to pick it up. I have been calling and emailing to get my money back to this day I have not been paid 20 of March 2025
