Horrible service from Makro

I purchased something from Makro's online shop on 21/02/2020. A week later I have still not received my item, so I contacted customer support. They said they will follow up. It's now another half a week later and still NOTHING from Makro. This lack of service is ridiculous! I will definitely never buy from Makro online again and I will recommend that no one else does.
