Horrible service from Makro

I bought some stuff online on the 24th of Jan the order was divided into different orders.I am still waiting for an order that was supposed to have been delivered on the 1st of Feb. When I call their call centre they either hang up on me or send me from pillar to post . The other consultant says I must contact market place because they are the supplier, I don’t remember buying from market place. I bought from makro. Mako’s customer service is non existent
