Horrible service from Makro

I was told my delivery would take place within 5 working days, I then received a SMS stating that the delivery is delayed, no feedback for a week after that, only after i called i was advised it would be escalated for feedback, then a measly email was sent saying that there is issue with the supplier and a refund will take place, no further explanation, and a thank you for understanding. This is utter nonsense and horrible service. I could have gotten a call, or a heads up, now i need to look for another product with very little time due to Makro's *********** staff.
