Horrible service from Makro

I’ve had the most horrible experience with Makro, I placed an order on the 29th of November 2024, it was delayed and I ended up asking them to cancel. It’s been over a month now and they have still not cancelled the order or given me any feedback. I have tried everything from phone calls, emails, Instagram and WhatsApp and I’ve not had any luck!
