Horrible service from cashier 4362

I was in Makro Alberton, I was assisted by a very rude woman who after I had explained to her that I’m went over my budget so I’m waiting on my partner to transfer more money to me to cover their rest of my bill she then replies to me and says (in Zulu) “uyazi uma ubungekho lana engabe ngihambile and ungimpshela isilhathi” direct translation “do you know that if you were not here I would have left along time ago and for a mere of fact you are waisting my time” the lady that was addicting the cashier even agreed with me that her colleague was wrong as I had apologies multiple times for the delay as I could see that the store is about to close.

Is this the service that a paying customer should get at Makro?

I have NEVER BEEN THIS DISRESPECTED AND IRRITATED IN MY LIFE!!!

This is disgusting service to receive

I would like you to let me know why was I treated like this

My slip number is 596 Cashier number is 4362 Store M24 POS Number is 45

May the above assist with tracking person who assisted me so that she can maybe advise why did she treat me like garbage (and honestly that’s how I felt).

I hope this matter is escalated to management and I receive feedback on either my mobile or email address is (***).
