Horrible service

I am very disappointed at the service I am receiving from Makro. I purchased goods from them in March, I only used it a month later. The product was a chairs that you can use outdoors, my son used it and it broke. I logged a call and sent a lot email with regards to this but no response. So now I am sitting with two chairs that I can't use and not even get a refund for. I have been contacting them since May and nothing absolutely no response.
