Horrible service

Makro service is so horrible I processed a refund on the 14th of August. When I followed up yesterday 31st August they said money should be in my account. Today 01/09/22 I call again only to be told my refund was processed yesterday 🙃 like what were they doing the entire 16 days before that. I want my money yhoo haibo Makro
