Horrible service

After the Carnival Mall branch sent incorrect items to me i had to wait over a week for eventual delivery after numerous calls. When i eventually received the order, items were missing and all they could tell me was to return the incorrect items. Absolutely appalling service. The branch wouldn't even take my calls anymore to remedy my grievance. Customer service is not one of their focus points.
