Horrible service by Makro

I ordered a defy washing machine online due to delay on delivery i ended up cancelling the order because it took more than the stipulated time frame of 3 to 7 days they called 2 times asking for directions for the delivery but they never came, now that i cancelled the order and requested for a refund they giving me a runaround.its been more than 15 days since i requested the refund with no sucess. There's no communication or whatsoever on their side, I'm always the one who's calling and always get the same answer "they waiting for finance department to approve the requested" its been 3 weeks. I'm tired!
