Horrible service by Makro

What a horrible experience I had with Makro after giving them 10/10 when I was placing my order. I have been using them for a very long time and have always been excited knowing the experience I always get but this time around I was very wrong. Starting with placing my order and waited patiently, 1. A day or 2 later they cancelled my other order which they have already charged me for because it was available 2. No one bothered to provide a personalised apology besides just seeing on the app when I was wondering where is my product stuck then they sent an email which I do not timely monitor - I mean even WhatsApp or SMS would have been a lot better if they are too busy to call 3. I am still waiting for my refund, keep in mind the inconvenience because I can no longer find the product at the same price because it was a Black Friday special with other providers as well and now prices are back to normal. 4. The order was delivered 2/3 days later than the promised time which like I said has never been the case they used to deliver before and yet again no communication nor explanation.
