Horrible service by cashier at Markro Crown Mines

I went to Markro Crown Mines to top up on grocery items. When I was meant to pay via the Pay Just Now scan, the cashier rudely told me to hold my hand still and focus. I did just as I was told irrespective of her disrespect. She asked me if i'm getting a plastic after the transaction and I then asked her why she did not include plastics on the transaction before as there was no way I could carry the groceries without a plastic. She argued with me and I chose to keep quiet and handed her a R2 coin for a plastics (of course having no idea the price of plastics at the store) . With her back turned against me and with attitude, she told me that plastics were matter of fact R2,70 so my partner gave her R20 for plastics. From her demeanor throughout the entire payment experience, I decided to call the supervisor. I relayed my version of the events that transpired and the cashier Thato Kegorilwe responded defensively used a very condescending tone towards me. She further kept smirking to further mock me. Upon realising that she continued to ridicule me even in the presence of her supervisor, I was livid and started stating that she treated customer of different races very well, which I saw before I got to her till. She continued smirking and laughing so that made me even more furious and the situation escalated. The store manager had to ask her to go to her office, and even then, she did not show any remorse. I hope that Markro Crown Mines takes their staff training very seriously in future. We go to Makro to spend our hard earned money only to be treated like *******. I am very disappointed by the whole ordeal and doubt i'll ever go to Makro Crown Mines in future.
