Horrible Service at Makro Strubens Valley

On Saturday, I accompanied my mother to the Makro in Strubens Valley. What an excruciating, painful experience.We were assured by a lady named Caroline Makazi, she should not be allowed to interact with any human beings, she is is horrible. Below are my issues with your company:

1. Mom was there to use her stockvel money. When she opened it, no one told her it is blu open by a group of people. So Makro broke its own rule and no one picked it up and now we are being penalised 2. When she was paying through out the year, there is a clear statement( in your books by the way) indicating the months she paid and how much. Duku duku, when you have to release the monies you want proof of payments confirming what you already know. Your administration is as old fashioned as the Ice Age. Caroline Makamu was impatient, rude and could not appreciate our frustration

3. She requested my mom’s ID and she left the office for a while with it…… does the POPI Act allow that? How do we know what she was doing with my mom’s ID behind the scenes

Hay shame!

Service Horrible! Systems, so back dates might as well go back to the 1970’s !
