Horrible service at Makro online & Support

Purchased a headboard on the Makro online they delivered wrong incorrect size a size of a single bed, contact makro on thier WhatsApp line spoke to a bongani and he left me hanging...its frustrating that we can purchase products online and have to struggling when we need to return them.

Now I'm stuck with a headboard that fits a single bed that I don't have. My money is gone!!!! Makro online #must fall. This is like a ****...daylight *******!!!

Thier service is horrible....

All I wanted was an Exchange not a refund which it was logged on their return website a day after the product was delivered only to find that I'm wasting my time.

If you are considering purchasing any product at Makro online DONT!
