Horrible service at Makro
I have made an order and pick up point was set Montague gardens when I got there they said it is at ottery. I asked for it to be scheduled for delivery because I live far from there now I get an email that I collected the order at 14:00 when I did not even go there

28 Aug 2024, 18:39I have been receiving multiple apologies for the inconvenience but no action. Can you provide the waybill or the details of the driver . There’s a reason why I chose the store that I chose as a pickup point because I urgently need those items.

29 Aug 2024, 10:304days later still no delivery made, no communication. Contact support agents keep putting me on hold and then dropping the call. I have run out of items in my pantry and I am not going to spend more money when Makro has my goods. The next thing I will do now is to tag my social media followers to either boycott or spam you guys so that you can feel the frustration that I am feeling.
