Horrible service and unreliable staff

I called to change my order because I realised the stove I bought uses gas for the oven instead of electricity. The call centre lady that I initially spoke to gave me contact details for the Strubenvalley store. I spoke to a guy who deals with the online orders, I forgot his name. He has a Vhenda name, he could not wait to get me off the line. He initially said there is a lady cleaning therefore I would not be able to hear him, I told him I could hear him just fine and proceeded to tell him the reason for my call. Instead of changing my order instantly as I was requesting, he requested for my contact details and advised he would call me back. He never called back, I tried calling the store back with no luck. I eventually called the call centre again and they changed my order, they still need to send it through for confirmation. Today the incorrect stove was delivered to my door, thanks to the horrible service from Strubensvalley.
