Horrible service and terrible delivery service as well

This is the third time I tried out there delivery service, it is beyond terrible the entire experience the previous time I got an opened package and it was split apart over 2 days, so when the second part of my package came. It was opened and delivered late at night when you’re supposed to be asleep. The same thing just happened it was delivered late at night and when the delivery person couldn’t get a hold of me she scheduled a return straight back to the warehouse 9pm at night I have the evidence of her attempted delivery now there’s a bigger delay on something that was supposed to be delivered in 2days! It’s now almost a week later!!! They don’t compensate you, or resolve your query I sent them messages and an email!!! No response at all! No compensation whatsoever a terrible service it’s best to continue with there competitors, this is the third time I have a horrible experience with them!
