Horrible service and still no refund

Makro has the worse customer service ever. I have been waiting for my refund and every time I call them they don’t answer the phones and when I finally get through to them they promise to process my cancellation and refund but it’s been over 2weeks now and I have not been assisted. Makro please fix your stuff because this is horrible for us customers who had once believed and trusted you to provide us with quality service.
