My sister bought a laptop in Feb, July laptop was broken was taken for repairs my sister is doing her final year she had advise she cannot wait until you fix the laptop as she need it and you could not give her time frame as to how long you will fix it.we asked for replacement you were not willing to replace and offered refund now time to. refund we must run from pillar to post and be dealing with you sarcastic agents my sister had deadlines at school on the 12 September she must meet ontop of her school stress you must also stress her out which part of her email did you not understand we the money ASAP we not using this laptop for fun but for school.CAN WE HAVE OUR REFUND DEADLINE YOU GAVE YOURSELF WAS TUESDAY NOW IS THURSDAY REFUND MY SISTER
