Horrible service and poor communication

Extremely Frustrated with makro. I ordered my daughters Christmas gift from Makro only to receive a cancelation email on the delivery day days before Christmas. You are now also confirming that the refund will take 2-10 working days and I should tell my 4 years old what exactly. How do you promise delivery and cancel days before Christmas. We have kids that is expecting their gifts in Christmas. This is terrible !
