Horrible Service and lack of empathy

They confirmed my order has been cancelled, however they haven't refunded my money back. Because of Makro I spent more than my budget on buying items they failed to deliver and also on petrol and a telephone bill

They're service is really terrible and very abusive towards their customers

I bought using a credit card this should be easy to refund
