Horrible service and horrible company!!!

What a horrible company and horrible service. I ordered on the 28th of November and got a message that my order will be delivered on the 30th no one showed and no one bothered to let us know there was a delay. Called in on Monday and the ****s said my order will be delivered that day. Four days later and I still haven’t received my order and the Woodmead store doesn’t even care to take calls. Iv been hearing the word escalation since Monday and yet nothing has been done . What a horrible experience!!!
