HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DELIVERY !!!

horrible service from both Makro and the courier guys...

i ordered and paid for an air fryer which was delivered yesterday while i was at work. when i got home i was first shocked by the packaging it was trash it looked used and just horrible. i the opened to inspect at the air fryer i was met with scratches and dents on the product, upon further inspection it i saw that this was a used air fryer, the pure disgust i felt was beyond measure...

im so highly disappointed by this, i called the service center and spoke to Nomsa who was very sweet and willing to assist, i then requested to speak to her manager as she did not have the mandate to ensure that i receive my package by TODAY!! i was told that a manager will call me and till now i have not received that call. MAKRO I WANT MY AIR FRYER BY TODAY OR GIVE MY MONEY BACK BEFORE THE END OF BUSINESS TODAY YOU TSOTSI XA!!!
