Horrible Service

On the 21st March I ordered office supplies, the order was meant to be shipped out last week Thursday 27th. I called the Call Center on Friday 28th to follow up and I get told that it will take up to 72 hours to escalate the issue. This to me is pathetic, I have paid for something that is meant to be shipped out. This morning I called again and spoke to another agent who advised that they will have an answer for me in 48 hours. I dont know how you are able to sell products that you dont have in stock and cant take responsibility for. The fact that I am constantly following up, surely its your duty as the supplier to inform the customer if there are issues with an order!!
