Horrible service

Worst experience. I recently made purchase at makro online, my order was cancelled. Makro has no control of their 3rd party vendors. Then the nightmare began. Struggling to get my refund. The customer service is non existent from top. down. Can't report to regional manager as the *** does not respond to emails. The phone remains unanswered. I dealt with Paul van Der Waal and Seshni Govender and it's just promise, that is not fulfilled.
