Horrible service

They promise 2-5 days delivery but it has been 2 weeks and I have not received the TV I bought. Each time i call the call centre i am being told different stories. Today the courier has my order, tomorrow the store is looking for stock. The call centre agents take your contact details promising to follow up with you but they never call. The store number cannot be reached because it never rings so you cannot even talk to the store directly. Whatever you do, do not order anything from makro. The service is ****ty. i have been calling so much im even tired. Had i known this is the service i would receive i would have never bought anything from them
