Horrible service

Horrible service received i have placed an order on the 9th January and was supposed to receive it on teh 16th January and i have not received it when i call and send emails i am not getting any assistance, i have called again today and no assistance i asked t speak to teh manager or complaints department and i was told they can't. I need the order today from teh 16th i have been home so i can receive the delivery.
