HORRIBLE SERVICE

I bought a Benet read iron in October 2024 and I hardly used used it. I try to use it in July then it was not working, I took it back then it went for repairs. After collecting it from repairs it sparks some flames. I took it back and ask if I can be refunded or take a different brand. After a week I was called to collect it from repairs and I was told is not possible to replace it since is older than six months. So I'm tired of going to Makro Silverlakes
