Horrible Service

Absolutely horrible service. I purchased a mirror a week ago on the 29th of September. The delivery date is the 9th of Oktober. I get a notification on the 8th of Oktober that my mirror is getting refunded absolutely no call nothing. I phone in to ask what the hel is going on the lady only apologies. I need the mirror for my wedding i am fuming with anger will never use makro for anything anymore!!!!
