Horrible Service

Horrible Service. Ordered a product online that I need quite urgently. On my scheduled delivery date ,as per the email they sent, I had to make numerous calls on their behalf to find out where my package is, their call centre agents are completely useless as they basically have an answer to nothing. I managed to get in touch with the courier company who then explained to me that Makro has never handed the package over to them yet the emails state they have. They lie and mislead their clients and act like they are not at fault. I've logged multiple complaints and queries regarding my package yet I have received no feedback and the courier company still has not been given my package. Not a company to do business with at all, poor service, poor customer care. They provide false information in order to look good to the public, yet they are the worst company I've ever ordered online from. I don't recommend buying any products from them, the reviews on here tell you everything you need to know about them.
