Horrible service

You guys are full of nonsense, how can I pay for an Item, you then give me an incorrect one, advise me to log a return, you collect the item then tell me that the return was rejected and you are sitting with both the Item and my money, don't **** me off... You either refund me the money I paid for the item or return it, because why i am being crusified for a mistake done by your guys. HAIBO!!!!
