Horrible service

I am so disappointed in a company I have trusted for years. I ordered a fridge and they delivery service is beyond pathetic. They do not assist with anything at all. Ordered on Wednesday and we sitting on Saturday and I still do not have my fridge. I really am frustrated and tired of bad service from well known brands
