Horrible service
<p>It really is unfortunate that Makro's service has deteriorated to level currently experienced. I have bought from Makro for years but 3 weeks ago I made the mistake to order a R4500 worth's Hard drive from them online. When I ordered the drive it said that it would be delivered within 21 calender days. Well here we are past the 21 days and after a email that has been ignored and the call centre that is not calling back I have to say the service experienced is so much worse then the 10+ other shops I buy from online that it is laughable. Will definately not buy from them again</p>
