Horrible service

Horrible service from Makro. I ordered a headboard a month ago. They tried to deliver while I was at work, I asked to reschedule to the next day and since then I received no communication. I called every week to check the progress of the rebooking for delivery and they gave me the run around for 3 weeks only for them to send me a cancellation email today.
