Horrible service

I ordered something online on the 16th of January and was told my order would be delivered by the 23rd of January. Today is the 28th and I still haven’t received my order which was packed the 20th ready to be shipped out. I sent a mail to their online email and it told me their email does not exist. Sent a new mail to their customer care on Friday the 24th and I am still waiting for a response. I even called them on the 24th and I was told that it is out of their hands the courier guy must come pick it up and they are not sure when that is going to be. This will be the last time I buy something online from Makro , horrible experience.
