Horrible Service

I placed an online order with makro on the 26th of November. There has been no communication from them regarding my order. When i called the call centre, the date in which im to recieve my order keeps moving up. there is no direct answer from them. this experience has left a horrible taste in my mounth. At this point i dont think i will ever do business with them.
