Horrible service

Makro online service is horrible, you can hardly call it service at all on the 30th of April I placed and order for a few items upon the unboxing of my items I noticed 3 items were missing I contacted the store and was told they were out of stock, and I would be refunded, Tody is the 15th of May I have not any gotten indication of any sort from Makro every time I contact them they the store has to do an investigation and they will get back to me I am fuming at this point I will never place an order there again truly
