Horrible service

I bought a ladder a month ago, upon usage it had a knock and I found it very dangerous to use it. I took it for repairs, the gave me a quotation from the supply of which I paid it immediately, it has taken them three weeks for my unit to be delivered. I don't know how many times I have been to the store, they never update me on the progress and they told me they had problem with their drivers. I have to wait a week again.<br> <br> Their services is horrible with bad attitude to customers
