Horrible service
I am very disappointed with Makro, this is by far the worst online purchase i have ever experienced. I have waited the whole day for my delivery and never showed up, You said the driver picked up my order and he is on the way we waited he never showed up, so does this mean the driver goes home with our groceries?? The driver's number provided does not go through , you do not communicate with customers.

This is a joke. You are going to lose customers because you still use Wumdrop they are unprofessional and lie to customers they told the Oder is out for delivery yesterday, but I’m still sitting without my groceries ,This does not look good on makro . You just lost a customer and will still lose more if you don’t change the delivery company.
