Horrible service

Makro and its suppliers are absolutely useless! I did an online purchase on the 20th of March & I'm still waiting for delivery!!! No communication to say what the delay is, nothing. They are very good at answering the phone giving useless feedback "they don't know what the delay is" I have named multiple calls with no help whatsoever. This is the worst decision. I want a refund & I will never buy from Makro again.
