Horrible online shopping experience!!!!!

This is my worst online shopping experience ever. I ordered an item and it only stopped at order confirmation for 2 weeks and when I call to get a refund it only gets processed just one step and then it stops. When you call they don’t actually process your request but they only pretend to do it. I am so fed up and will buy anything from Makro. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK
