Horrible online shopping experience

Horrible customer service for online shopping queries! Placed an order on the 28th. Received a delivery on the 29th. Only to find items missing from my order yet they invoiced me for all items I originally ordered. Sent an email, no response. Called them 3 times now to query the delivery for the items left out only to be told it's been escalated with the store every single time I call. Ask to get transferred directly to speak to the store manager, no one picks up the call. It's going on 2 weeks now and no one gets back to me. This is beyond frustrating! I just want what I paid for!!!! Worst part is it's not even the first time. My mum ordered a vacuum a few months back and received a mop! No one assisted with the query up until today. Never ordering from them ever again.
