Horrible online service makro

Horrible service for makro online, I think they should leave that business, first I bought a ups that was 1800W based on the online advert, after purchasing and delivered only to find it was 180w of which that is misleading advertising no one wanted to take responsibility of this error, my credit card charges? had to return and opted for refund wich I am still waiting for it till date, I didn't even get a correct response as to when ill be refunded, until I was told 14days and had to send reset statement to prove that the money wasn't transferred how rediculous, you make a calls only to be told to send mail to everyone in their accounts department which you don't even know who is responsible. assistance telephonically zero, Had to follow-up with a mail again today.

This was caused by their misleading adverti*****ts on website am suffering for that?
