Horrible online service

I made an order on the 25 on the Makro app, which was suppose to be delivered within 5 working days, now it's the 2nd of Dec my order is hasn't been delivered. I called in twice, and they told me my order is with courier and they don't know if it has been dispatched yet. The agent said he will get the manager aware of the situation, and I'm still waiting. No form of communication for an update. 🚮😒
