HORRIBLE ONLINE SERVICE

I am having a horrible experience with Makro Online. I place an order with them on the 29th of November 2022, delivery was supposed to be on the 03rd of December 2022 but to this date my delivery has not been done. Today it was handed over to the delivery company and upon tracking the courier, I see that they have a different address captured. The address on my order page is correct but the address they issued the courier company is incorrect. Now my order has to go back to the store and a new date will be issued for delivery. This is super inconveniencing and the consultants do not even apologize when responding to chats... I WOULD NEVER RECCOMMEND MAKRO ONLINE TO ANYONE!!! THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.
