Horrible online service

Honestly this business has the worst online platform

I made an order in September and collected my items, 2 weeks later one item was collected and not by me when I log a query the lady said there was a Mis understanding between main store and liquor. She said it would take 48hrs till this day nothing has been said. I called and the lady who picked up put me on hold for more than 10 minutes.
