Horrible Online service

I have never in my life received such bad service. I ordered online in September 2023 and didn't receive my items for over 2 months. I contacted them over 4 times in that time. Then my items started being delivered one by one. Two of the items still hasn't been delivered because apparently the supplier is out of stock. They contacted me in December to tell me so I asked for a refund. I emailed and rep**** to one of my open tickets to say "I would like to receive a refund on the items that wasn't delivered". Up to this day I have not received any of my money back. I got an email this morning asking me to rate their service and I am just as upset as when this whole thing started. I will NEVER in my life order from Makro online again. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with online shopping.
