Horrible online service

This has to be the worst online service ever! Even my parcels from China arrived faster then your local service! Customer care is non existent. I've made numerous phone calls and continuously being transferred from pillar to post.

Nobody seems to know what's happening. Fortunately my phone records all calls.

Please just deliver my parcel MAK757888 which I already paid for.

I have spend more money on airtime for phone calls to Makro. This is becoming the gift that keeps on taking !
